The local government councils election week lasts from 13 to 19 October.
Voter application for online voting can be downloaded from 9 a.m. on 13 October 2025.

Voting
From 13 to 16 October 2025, polling places in all voting districts across Estonia are open for voting. During that period, voting is also organised at the location of voters, in hospitals, in penal institutions, and in 24-hour social welfare institutions.
From 17 to 19 October 2025, it is possible to vote only at the polling places located in the electoral district of the voter’s residence. During that time, it is also possible to vote at home.
