Advance voting takes place in county centres in polling places designated by the State Electoral Office. Voting opens at 12.00 a.m. and closes at 8 p.m.; |

Electronic voting. Voting opens at 9 a.m. on 21 February and lasts on a 24-hour basis until 6 p.m. on 27 February. |

Advance voting is organised in all voting districts from 12 a.m. until 8 p.m. Voters can vote outside the voting district of their residence. Voting in the location of the voter, custodial institution, hospital, or twenty-four hour social welfare institution is organised from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. |

Election Day |
Voting takes place from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Voting at home is also organised. At 6 p.m. at the earliest, the City of Tallinn vote counting committee starts counting the votes cast by voters residing permanently abroad. After 7 p.m., the State Electoral Office ascertains the results of electronic voting. The results are not disclosed before 8 p.m. |

After the election day |
The National Electoral Committee registers the elected and substitute members of the Riigikogu after the election day when the term for filing complaints and appeals with the National Electoral Committee and the Supreme Court has expired or when final resolutions have been adopted in respect of the complaints and appeals filed. |

Political parties and independent candidates submit election campaign reports to the Political Parties Financing Surveillance Committee within one month as of the election day. |
