Public testing of online voting environment was launched today

The traditional pre-election public testing of the online voting environment was launched today on the web page. This time, all testers with the right to vote can choose their Christmas present.

The test voting reflects the procedure of online voting, which allows the voters to make sure that their computer and eID are working and ready for voting.

As a new feature, the voter can use search to find their preference. They also no longer have to scroll down; instead, the view displays all the general categories (parties at the election), and clicking on these brings up the individual options. The voters who are using Mobile-ID are also asked to provide their telephone number and personal identification code for security reasons.

The test voting will last until 6 p.m. on 20 December. The State Electoral Office is thankful to everyone who participates and contributes to testing the system.
