Proportions of i-voting

The votes of voters permanently staying, as well as those temporarily staying, in foreign countries during Riigikogu and European Parliament elections have been taken into account in the proportion of I-votes cast in foreign countries. In municipal council elections, only voters temporarily staying in a foreign country can vote electronically in a foreign country, and only the I-votes cast by them have been taken into account in the proportion.
