As of 8 p.m. tonight, 189,532 voters have voted at the Riigikogu elections; this is 21,5 % of the total number of voters. 145,444 votes have been cast electronically, 44,088 votes in polling places.

Detailed information is available at: https://rk2019.valimised.ee/et/participation/participation.html

At the Riigikogu elections four years ago, 175,307 voters had voted by this time, which was 19.5 % of the total number of voters.

It is still possible to vote in advance in all polling places tomorrow and the day after, February 26 and 27 from 12 noon until 8 p.m. You can vote both at the polling place of your residence as well as at polling places organising voting outside the place of residence. There is at least one such polling place in each city and rural municipality. More information can be found on the map application valimised.rahvastkuregister.ee.

A voter must bring an identity document, e.g. ID-card, passport, or driving licence, but they do not need their voter’s card.

I-voting takes place at www.valimised.ee until 6 p.m. on 27 February. A vote cast over the internet can be changed by casting a new i-vote, or by voting at a polling place on the advance polling days.

On the election day, 3 March, a voter cannot change their earlier vote and can only vote at the polling place of their residence.
