By 8 p.m. tonight, 21,375 voters have voted in county centres, and 106,891 over the internet. 10,736 voted in polling places in Tallinn, and in 5096 in Tartu.
At the Riigikogu elections four years ago, 26,375 voters had voted in county centres and 94,769 over the internet by 8 p.m.
I-voting is possible on the address www.valimised.ee around the clock until 6 p.m. on 27 February. A vote cast over the internet can be changed by another electronic vote, or by voting in a polling place on the advance voting days. A voter cannot change their vote on the election day, 3 March.
Advance voting takes place on 25–27 February in all polling places. Every local government unit has at least one polling place that organises voting outside the place of residence. Detailed information can be found in the map application https://valimised.rahvastikuregister.ee/
On the election day, 3 March, a voter can vote only in the polling place of their residence.
A voter must bring along a photo identification, such as an ID-card, passport, or driver’s licence. They do not have to bring their voter’s card.
