Voting takes place from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Home voting is also held. The counting of votes begins after the close of the voting in Estonia. At 8 p.m. at the earliest, Tallinn City Vote Counting Committee begins the counting of the votes of voters permanently residing in foreign state. After 8 p.m., the State Electoral Office ascertains the results of electronic voting. Voting results shall not be disclosed before the close of voting in all Member States of the European Union. |
